Rating by category:
The room is very new and clean.
The neighborhood is not very neat! Many mosquitos in lobby.
It is just in the dotombori district which has plenty of things to do at night: restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, clubs etc... Nice to see the wild urban japan. Room was very clean and comfortable.
The location in the middle of all that is happening in Osaka.
I thought the room was a very decent size considering the price. The layout was very nice with great storage space. The hotel was in the best area, right in the heart of the best food & shopping districts, dontonbori, soemoncho and shinsaibashi st.
the hotel room was very nice. Nice decor
The hotel location which was very hard to find when we first arrived in Osaka by airport limo. Also, I feel unsafe walking at night to come back to the hotel especially for female. But as a group walking back at night it's fine.
The room was very comfortable and fairly large for a Japanese hotel. Also enjoyed the free internet access and the close proximity to the shopping and eating areas.
The location is close to Namba Subway station. They provided 2 free bottle water. The room is modern, big, and very nice. Overall it is a newer hotel right in the middle of the action. We requested higher floor room so no noise at all. I imagine lower lever room maybe noisier because this is the area with a lot of "night life". The staff spoke good English and gave us clear direction to get back to Kansai airport with the train.
Nothing. I love this hotel and will probably stay there again if I am back in Osaka.
Room was very clean and the room was very comfortable.
No printer's available to use.
The hotel is in the heart of Namba, very near od Dotombori. There are many restaurant, bars, clubs and stores very near. The subway is far only 5 minutes walking. The train station for the airport (direct line) is far only 7 minutes. Rooms are very clean and not small. Staff is very gentle and speaks a good english.
The hotel is a bit expensive for Osaka.
Frendly stuff, clean rooms, good location, walking distance from Namba statis
Money exchange is not possible in the hotel. There is no printer available next to computers in the lobby
Pretty much everything was great. But the winning point is location. If you are to party this is your place. Not only bars or club but the best restaurant... Hundreds of them. It is an amazing location in an amazing city.
Wifi... Only in the lobby! Very annoying.
The hotel is in a great spot, right in the Dontori area. I took a cab from the Namba train station, but once you get your bearings, it's a 10 min. walk. The hotel itself is a contemporary design. The rooms are large for a Japanese hotel. The price was quite reasonable. Breakfast, both Japanese and American buffets were quite good. On the American side there were scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages, various breads, cereals, fresh fruit, a couple kinds of yogurt. On the Japanese side miso soup, dumplings, and a bunch of items I had no idea what they were, but they were great. There's LAN in the room, the cable is in the desk and it works fast. Lobby has WiFi. I would not hesitate one bit to stay there again. The air con works quite well, you can get it as cold as you like it.
As with most Japanese hotels there is no English TV. I still don't understand with all the tourists they get why not have an English station. The staff has limited English but will help out in what they can.
Just step out to the shopping area
Perfect location and decent clean rooms. No wifi which is unusual in this day and age but generally a good hotel. Served its purpose and a modern facility
Close to main cities in Osaka
